A while back, I was having a discussion with my brother about caffeine, and somewhere along the lines of how much caffeine in a tea verses coffee, came the answer that coffee gave a pretty instant hit while tea released caffeine over six times the amount of time given. The answer was provided by an experiment conducted by a friend of his at university who happened to be a chemistry student. To which I went: “So that’s what chemistry students are for!” In a tone that suggested that one of Lifes great mysteries were answered.
